I decided to try something different for our Sunday brunch and made this super easy 3 ingredient milkshake with Milka hazelnut cream spread. I loved how simple and yummy it was, so I just needed to share the recipe with you guys.

HAPPY FRIDAY!! My second favorite F word haha. Food is my first, obviously 😉 So why not write another blog post about food? About Disneyland food, to be exact. Maybe you’ve already spotted some Disneyland Paris photos on my IG page, because I’ve spent a few days in the happiest place on earth this summer. As you may already know, I absolutely love everything sweet and sugary. Red velvet cake, chocolate chip cookies, milkshakes and ice cream: you’ve probably seen them all on my Instagram feed …multiple times haha! But what you probably don’t know about me, is the fact that I’m actually lactose intolerant. And that’s exactly what they put in those delicious cakes and milkshakes. Ugh! Luckily, there’s something for us peeps who can’t handle lactose that well: lactase caplets! Today I’m going to tell you guys a little bit more about the Disolact lactase caplets from Disolut.
New York meets Amersfoort at the cutest American lunchroom in town: The Blueberry. Whether you crave fluffy pancakes for breakfast, really want a delicious homemade cheesecake or even a tasty salmon sandwich (my fave!), they’ve got it all. It might not be the best thing for your bikini body, but trust me: it’s so worth the calories.
